• Double billing or accidental duplicate transaction errors processed via our checkout gateway.
Milestone Deposits & Progress
Custom 3D development projects are typically split into structured deposit phases. Once a project phase or milestone asset has been reviewed, approved, and delivered, that specific phase payment becomes non-refundable.
